The picture on the left is my Mom at about 20. The picture was taken by my Dad with his brand new Leica IIIf, somewhere in Europe, maybe Germany or France in about 1949 or 1950. I have memories of those two Rhinestone pins being worn to almost every party. The picture on the left is at Moms 80th. birthday party just this last August in Ashland, Oregon. No Rhinestones that day but the love and sparkle is still there.
